There will be a special meeting on January 27th (Tuesday) at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the community room at West River Electric. 3250 Hwy 44 in Rapid Valley. (Intersection of Hwy 44 & Twilight Drive.)

When entering the building please use the East Front door. (PIN Code will be 6410#)

A presentation will be given regarding both the water tower and rosilee Lane sewer and road project.

New Road Ordinances

The new road ordinances take effect May 10th, 2022. Click on the Sanitation/Paving tab on top and then go to Road Ordinance to learn more about them.

Winter Parking

As a reminder during the winter, no parking is allowed on any street within the Weston heights Subdivision once a winter storm advisor, blizzard advisor or a blizzard warning has been announced by the U.S. Weather service for the Rapid City area. A violation of this ordinance is punishable by a class A fine. ($50) Per Ordinance #1, 2.3

Water and Sewer Line Insurance

This is a good time for all homeowners to consider insurance that covers both your water and sewer line. Should a water or sewer line of yours break, it can cost upward of several thousand dollars for repair. There are several companies that provide this type of coverage.
